Levity has launched Levity Breakfast Club the new forum where you can meet Levity’s team of crop scientists and agronomists. Breakfast Club meetings cover a wide range of interesting topics on agronomy, always with an eye on practical advice that can make a difference to growers.
Levity Breakfast Club events will be held regularly in locations around the UK, and throughout the EU. They will feature a half hour seminar by a crop science expert followed by a half an hour informal Q&A session. Attendees will be treated to coffee and breakfast at the events.
Levity MD David Marks said “Levity has a world class team of crop scientists who have a tremendous level of knowledge and experience. The Breakfast Club meetings will offer UK and European growers and agronomists a platform to learn about our research, and exchange ideas, and experiences on a wide range of interesting topics”.
Upcoming Levity Breakfast Club themes include Soft fruit, Apples, Oilseed Rape, lettuce, and brassicas.
The first meeting ‘Potato and Root Veg surgery’ will be held at the Mytton and Mermaid in Shrewsbury, UK on the 4th of April and will feature expert talks from Levity’s David Marks and Jon Birchall.
The seminars will explore Levity’s work on increasing potato yield and tuber numbers, and the latest research on reducing cavity spot in carrots and internal rust spot in potatoes.
